It was both a privilege, and invigorating, to be part of The Social Hub‘s Talent Foundation’s Better Society Academy event held in Glasgow between the 29th of April and 2nd of May. Following Vienna’s hosting of this masterclass event in 2023, and Amsterdam doing likewise in 2024, it was Glasgow’s turn in 2025.
Amongst so many inspiring speakers over the four days were Anna Campbell-Jones and Ally Mitchell; Trix van der Vleuten; Mattia Romani; Amber Westerborg, Colin Lamb, and Lisa Lawson; Alison McRae; Iain Gulland; and Charlie MacGregor and Clover Hogan.
First Minister John Swinney (@JohnSwinney) was also a keynote speaker, addressing the event on its final day.
